Day 9

I lost 1 pound from yesterday!!! YAY!!!! Seeing the daily progress is really helping me stay on this diet.  I miss other foods but I'm taking that one day at a time.  My biggest miss is all carbs and pizza!!! Bob had a frozen DiGiorno (sp?) tonight and I went in to the kitchen to cook my cabbbage and chicken and I saw all the pepperonis and beef and could smell the wonderful aroma... It was very tempting to just still a piece of pepperoni but I held back and didn't do it.

Instead I finished cooking my grilled chicken on the george forman grill and sauteed some cabbage, onion and apples in the wok.  I have to say, the cabbage mixture I took from a recipe that got great reviews but it included butter... Obviously, I couldn't use the butter so I improvised and used the butter popcorn spray with 0 everything and some water.  The butter probably would have made it taste 50% better!  It's edible but not great by no means.

It's day 2 of TOM and day 2 of no drops till it's done and I haven't had any hunger at all.  I should be over TOM tomorrow and will continue the drops at that time.  I've just been eating leftover roast for lunch with a vegetable of choice that I chose in the morning.

Well down 7.25" and 7.8lbs in 8 days!!!
