I don't have a lot to update or say today. I had my normal left overs for lunch and for dinner, I grilled chicken and asparagus. I didn't have but one fruit today as I think the double fruit is what's starting to slow me down. I didn't have melba toast at lunch but decided to have it as my evening snack with some sugar free strawberry jam. It was super yummy, just hope the scale is okay with it tomorrow.
Well I don't have my stats handy to update them so I'll update and add that tomorrow. Going to City Market in KC tomorrow to get produce as I'm almost out.
