Last night I decided to cook up my meals for the week... I had two dishes of chicken asparagus, two dishes of stuffed chicken, two dishes of buffalo chicken strips and one Mexican cilantro chicken dish. The Mexican cilantro dish was pretty good today at lunch and I had the stuffed chicken tonight. It didn't taste quite as good as the first round but I used Chinese spinach instead of regular spinach. I need to go to the store tomorrow after work to get tomato paste to make ketchup to make some mini meat-loafs for my other meals.
We may be going to Columbia for Bob's niece's 5th birthday on July 10th. I'll probably still be in phase 2 but hopefully by then I'll be down another 15 and may be able to wear a swimming suit to enjoy the huge water slide they rented for the birthday. We will see... I'm still not at bikini point yet so I'll decide at that time or as it gets closer. I'd like to be around 145-150 (max) before considering a bikini again. I do have a swim suit cover/dress so that may be getting used as well.
I think at this rate, I'll be doing a second round later this summer so I'm done by my birthday and at my goal weight before turning the big 30!!!
