I had beef for both meals today so I'm hoping that won't be a big issue when weighing in the morning, but I am on my 4th bottle of water already... Debbie motivates me at work to keep the drinking of water up as she was getting ready for bottle 6, I think, when we left. I was only on bottle 3.
I have asparagus grilled up to have with my roast for dinner tomorrow or lunch on Saturday. I'm going to do a chicken salad for lunch tomorrow with the ground chicken I cooked up last night. Hopefully salsa as my dressing will taste okay. I'm going to attempt to mix lettuce and tomato again tomorrow but won't do but 1/2 of a small tomato plus what's in the salsa.
