I realized with my cheating that there are a few things I can still eat and not gain that I enjoy and as long as I keep my water intake up when having so much sodium I should be good after this diet is over. Friday night I had a beer, hotdogs (fat-free, turkey) and some baked cheetos. Saturday, I went out to eat and ordered lettuce wraps and kept the amount I ate at the sitting to about a serving and didn't eat the rice noodles. The rest of the day I was good. Sunday, we had a BBQ to go to and I had pork (the only meat option), I only ate a small portion, about an 1/8 of a cup of potato salad, corn on the cob, pineapple, grapes, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers in sauce. During the day though, I had a few Wavy Lays potato chips.
Today, I had a few baked cheetos and the rest of my lettuce wraps. Friday, I only had 507 calories, Saturday I was at 479 and Sunday, even with all the other foods, I only had 578. I know since I'm out of drops I should be increasing higher than that, but I'm not overly hungry nor starving. Starting tomorrow, especially with the drops being back, I will be back on the no carbs. I've not had the Melba Toast since I was eating the chips or baked cheetos.
I got some more meat from Whole Foods on Saturday and some more veggies from City Market on Saturday as well.
Well that's all I have that's been going on the last few days so until tomorrow...
