This last week has been a huge roller coastal ride and I haven't been as focused nor dedicated. I think mentally I'm starting to check out and ready to be done with Phase 2. In the last week I lost 5.25" but only 0.8 pounds...
I had Chipotle on Thursday and limited the items I wasn't supposed to have by making them minimal... I didn't have a gain so I was happy. Yesterday we did a BBQ and I hate 5 peanut butter cookies but they were homemade by grandma and super yummy!!!! Over the weekend, I only had a .2 gain so I wasn't to unhappy with myself... Today, I did chipotle again but I went a step further and got chips, I feel so bloated and trying to drink more water but I keep forgetting to drink the water... Must drink my water!!!!! The going to Chipotle tonight is the reason I'm not stopping the drops tomorrow as I planned as I know I will not like my weight in the morning.
