Well I've been losing 1 pound a day yesterday and today and it's even during TOM. I'm down to 152.4 pounds, almost to the 140s!!!! I ordered my next and hopefully last bottle of HCG yesterday. I'm hoping to get as much off as possible to I don't have much to lose on my own but we will see. Maybe I'll do one more bottle to avoid another round and lose the last pounds a little easier.... Hmmm decisions, decisions. I just can't make up my mind.
I have found that I do great with beef and have been having it for both meals. Here was dinner tonight:
Grilled sirloin with grilled cucumber. I decided to experiment with the grilled cucumber last week and really liked it so it's a new mix to the veggies. Going to go get home grown tomatoes tomorrow and maybe buy no salt added french green beans as some say they do good/okay with them so it will add something else new to try.
Well I'm down 22.6 pounds and 33.75" and I have 3 days left of week 6. I'm still averaging about .58 pounds a day and I was at .6 so I really haven't varied off of my average even with the stalls/small loses I've had.
I CAN DO THIS!!!
